PH facility is the Genoa-based company that develops .expert: the platform for remote technical support and AI-powered knowledge management designed for the on-site technicians of its Automation, Railway, Facility Management, ICT and Environment divisions.

Empowering people in the field, not replacing them.
We believe that technical knowledge — the kind held by team leaders, maintenance staff and experienced technicians — is a strategic asset that must not be lost at the first retirement.
We build tools that capture, structure and deliver that knowledge in real time, in front of the machine, through smart glasses and AI models running locally on the customer's servers.
That is why we built .expert: a new way of thinking about support, where the right answer arrives at the right moment, in front of the machine, without waiting. Because at the plant, time is the real cost.
